Senior ANSYS Simulation Engineer / CAE Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ANSYS Simulation Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in performing advanced simulations, analysis, and product validation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), or Multiphysics simulations using ANSYS tools to support product design, optimization, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations using ANSYS (Mechanical, Fluent, CFX, or other modules).
• Develop accurate simulation models and validate them against experimental/test data.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams to provide engineering insights for product improvement.
• Conduct stress, fatigue, and vibration analysis to ensure durability and performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance simulation workflows.
• Stay updated on latest ANSYS features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in simulation and analysis using ANSYS.
• Strong knowledge of FEA and/or CFD principles.
• Experience with CAD/CAE integration (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, NX, etc.).
• Good understanding of material modeling, heat transfer, and structural dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
