About Us

At ScreenWorks USA, we design and produce apparel and accessories for some of the biggest names in entertainment, resorts, and lifestyle clients.

Our work brings stories to life through wearable art — from theme-park T-shirts and hoodies to hats, bags, and specialty merchandise. We’re a collaborative, fast-moving creative team based in Orlando, Florida, with a deep passion for design, storytelling, and craftsmanship.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Apparel Designer to join our creative team. You’ll develop original and brand-compliant artwork for screen-printed apparel and merchandise across a variety of clients and styles.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll design everything from pop-culture graphics and event tees to lifestyle looks and trend-driven capsule collections. You’ll collaborate closely with product developers, the creative director, and pre-production to make sure your ideas look just as great on press as they do on screen.

What You’ll Do

• Design apparel graphics for T-shirts, hoodies, hats, socks, and bags.

• Translate creative briefs, trend direction, and client style guides into original artwork.

• Work in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create print-ready designs that meet production specs.

• Prepare layered, organized files for screen printing, sublimation, and specialty inks (foil, puff, gel, glow, etc.).

• Manage your projects and deadlines in our project management system, collaborating with the creative and product teams.

• Contribute ideas for internal design initiatives with internal collections.

• Stay current with design, fashion, and entertainment trends to keep our art fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio showing versatility across illustration, typography, and layout.

• 2–4 years of experience in apparel or graphic design (screen printing preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Understanding of color theory, garment composition, and print production basics.

• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills.

• Passion for pop culture, theme parks, and storytelling through design.

(A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus, but strong experience and a great portfolio matter most.)

Bonus Points For

• Illustration or digital painting skills.

• Familiarity with specialty printing (simulated process, HD, foil, glow-in-the-dark, etc.).

• Experience designing for licensed entertainment or resort brands.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

• Creative freedom and a fun, supportive team culture.

• Opportunities to design for globally recognized brands.

• Collaborative workflow and shared creative systems.

• Hybrid schedule (on-site + remote flexibility).

• Professional growth and portfolio-building opportunities in themed entertainment design.
