Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly seasoned Senior Application Developer who will take complete ownership of designing, developing, securing, and scaling mission-critical in-house applications for NGO, fundraising, healthcare, and emergency service operations.

Core Application Domains:

• Fundraising & Donor Management System (CSR, Individual, Institutional)
• HRMS & Internal Administration System
• Centralized Stock & Inventory Management (Multi-location)
• Pharmacy Billing, Sales & Medicine Inventory
• Ambulance Management & Emergency Response System
• Ambulance Staff Mobile Application
• Animal Hospital / Veterinary Management System

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of multiple in-house systems
• Build scalable, modular ERP-style applications integrating all departments
• Design secure, normalized databases with high data integrity
• Implement role-based access control, audit trails, and activity logs
• Integrate payment gateways, accounting systems, SMS, email, and WhatsApp APIs
• Ensure 24x7 system availability for critical operations like ambulance & hospital
• Develop mobile applications and backend APIs for real-time operations
• Handle high-volume data, reporting, and management dashboards
• Ensure data privacy, donor confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems
• Establish coding standards, documentation, and SOPs
• Coordinate directly with management for IT roadmap and digital transformation
• Mentor junior developers and guide vendors/consultants
• Take responsibility for system security, backups, DR planning, and uptime

Technical Expertise Required:

• Backend: PHP / Python / Node.js (expert-level proficiency in at least one)
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React / Angular preferred)
• Mobile App Development: Android (Java/Kotlin) or Flutter
• Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL with performance tuning experience
• REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Payment gateways, GPS, maps, and notification services
• Git-based version control and CI/CD basics
• Experience managing on-premise and hybrid infrastructure

Strong Value-Add Skills:

• Experience building large-scale custom ERP or NGO/Healthcare platforms
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and high accountability
• Strong understanding of system security, encryption, and access control
• Experience supporting mission-critical systems with zero downtime tolerance
• Ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Long-term commitment mindset suitable for in-house product ownership

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
