JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing high-level support and maintenance for the company's network and application systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving network issues, ensuring optimal performance of applications, and providing guidance to junior support staff.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health and performance of business-critical applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Provide first and second-level support to end-users for application-related queries and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot errors, analyze logs, and resolve incidents within defined service level.
- Respond to basic user inquiries and issues related to hardware, software, and network access.
- Provide initial troubleshooting for common problems, escalating unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues involving operating systems, business applications, and network connectivity.
- Support users in configuring and resolving intermediate hardware/software issues and network configurations.
People Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective administration and discipline for self and team, including adherence to break schedules, attendance, overtime, leave policies, and dress code standards, where applicable.
- Monitor and manage the achievement of individual and team performance, ensuring accountability and consistent performance where applicable.
- Ensure continuous training and development opportunities for self and direct reports; mentor and assist junior staff as needed.
- Ensure Quality, Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance.
- Promote & maintain a culture of self and team motivation, engagement, and happiness.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to support staff to build team capabilities and ensure quality outcomes.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead of the concerned area in decision-making by providing analysis, data, inputs, research, and information.
Qualifications
Educational and Technical Qualifications: Min. 12 years of Education, i.e., HSC / FSC / DAE, preferably in Sciences/ Commerce
Language Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Years Of Experience: Preferably 2-3 Years of experience
Nature Of Experience: Relevant Experience

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
