Senior Architect

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Architect, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Senior Design Architect will lead architectural design projects, manage design teams, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

The role involves in development of architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving the implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that our architectural practices are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Work includes post concept validation with prestigious clients, detail design, overall engineering co-ordination with Structural, MEP, interior design, Landscaping etc. Sufficient knowledge and competent in all aspects of projects management, overseeing and managing duties and sufficient knowledge in BIM / Revit design / software, Dubai / UAE building codes, regulations, preparation of tender package of drawings etc.

Qualifications

At least 15 years of experience as Senior Architect in an Architectural / Engineering Consultancy, responsible for overall management of the Architectural division/unit,

Role requires pro- active, organized, who can manage multiple tasks, supervise and support team and maintain a productive work environment.

Strong skills in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Design Management

Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings

Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field

Professional certification or licensure in Architecture is preferred

Proven experience in leading architectural projects and managing design teams

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of architectural principles, proven track record of successful project delivery and the ability to lead and inspire a team of architects and other members.

Should have excellent command in English, technical correspondence etc.

Proficiency in the submission of architectural drawings to Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority (DDA)and renowned property developers such as EMAAR, Nakheel, DAMAC, etc.
