• Proven expertise in preparing and coordinating architectural submissions and approvals with major authorities, including Trakhees, Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), and Nakheel.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, AutoCAD, Revit, and submission platforms.
• Adept at working closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients to deliver code-compliant and timely project documentation.
