Senior Architect

Job Description:

We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in villa contracting and interior and exterior design and contracting works. Our projects are focused on delivering high-quality, detailed, and bespoke villa interiors that meet the exacting standards of our clients / consultant . We are seeking a skilled Architect or Draftsman who has extensive experience and expertise in villa projects to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Developing detailed drawings and layouts for villa exterior and interior projects.
• Collaborating with designers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project accuracy.
• Reviewing and adjusting designs and drawings based on client/consultant feedback and project requirements.
• Ensuring all drawings comply with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Proven experience in villa contracting and interior design and contracting works.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of villa project detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
