Job Opportunity: Senior Architect – Grand City

Location: Lahore (with site visits as required)
Position: Senior Architect
Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 150,000 per month

About the Role:

Grand City is seeking a Senior Architect to join our team and take a leading role in the design and development of our housing projects. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of design, functionality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Planning & Development, Engineering, and Land departments for seamless execution of projects.
• Review and approve design proposals, working drawings, and contractor submissions.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural designs.
• Incorporate sustainable and innovative architectural solutions in designs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Valid PCATP (Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners) license.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in housing societies or large-scale development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, materials, and construction practices.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
