Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Civil Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for civil and infrastructure projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or public spaces)
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptual design through construction documentation and execution
• Collaborate with structural engineers, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure sustainable design practices and adherence to environmental standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from an accredited institution
• Licensed/Registered Architect (as per local regulations)
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and execution of civil architecture projects
• Proficient in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹628,883.87 - ₹1,228,033.42 per year
