Job Description :

1. Proven work experience in residential apartments and villas.

2. Will coordinate with external architects and finalize the concept drawing as per the timelines fixed.

3. Should have design knowledge and able to do design and close the concept independently.

4. Very good software skill in AutoCAD & Sketch-up will be added advantages.

5. study and evaluate each stages and present the plan to the teammates & give consolidated comments to architects for their incorporation.

6. Should be able to handle co-ordination and good for construction drawings for entire projects independently.

7. Visit the site and do the site analysis / feasibility.

8. Will do the competitor analysis and give the best product (master plan and unit plans) in the market.

9. Able to handle independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
