Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team in Sanbrik Infra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to bring architectural visions to life while ensuring functionality, sustainability, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to determine requirements and project objectives

- Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using CAD and 3D modeling software

- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle

- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction

- Incorporate sustainable design practices and green building concepts

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

- Valid COA (Council of Architecture) registration preferred

- 1-5 years of professional experience in architecture and design

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

- Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

**Preferred:**

- Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional projects

- Knowledge of local building codes and municipal approval processes in Andhra Pradesh

- Fluency in Telugu is a plus
