Senior Architect

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Architect with 5–10 years of professional experience to handle all phases of architectural design — from planning and concept to construction and completion. The ideal candidate will create functional, sustainable, and visually appealing designs while ensuring full compliance with Delhi & Haryana Building Rules and Standards.

You will also coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept, working, and approval drawings as per specifications.
• Develop innovative and environment-friendly design ideas.
• Ensure all work meets building codes and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with construction and engineering teams.
• Stay updated with architectural trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architectural Draughtsmanship.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in architectural design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of Delhi & Haryana Building Rules and approval procedures (online/offline).
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with teams.
