Senior Architect

Designation:Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design proposals and concepts to clients for approval.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for new building projects, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Oversee the development of construction documents and manage the bidding process for construction contracts.
• Work with project managers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure that building systems and structures are safe, efficient, and comply with local codes and regulations.
• Should have thorough knowledge of drawings and rules.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of architecture.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
