Senior Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience to manage architectural planning, design development, site execution coordination, and client handling. The candidate should have strong expertise in residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality.
• Manage design changes and revisions as per site conditions.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and vendor drawings.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and approvals.
• Mentor junior architects and design teams.
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and execution
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Sound knowledge of local building by-laws and approvals

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in India and/or Middle East projects is an added advantage
• Strong exposure to execution-focused architectural roles
• Immediate joiner preferred
