Senior Architect

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience. He/she should be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary consultants to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all the consultants like MEP, Landscape, RCC, designing architect and various other architects involved in an project.
• Should have in depth knowledge of DCPR 2034.
• Should have previously worked under various redevelopment schemes like 33 (7) 33 (5) 33 (5B) 33 (10) 33 (11)
• Should co-ordinate with project managers and site team
• Should know how to create an feasibility report, and has been part of society presentations, land acquisition.
• Should review the drawings and give necessary comments.
• Should have completed an project from start to end
• Should have knowledge of various compliances involved in a project like stages of approvals, certificates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / MA degree in architecture
• 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
