Senior Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with a minimum of 2years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, project coordination, and ensuring compliance with design standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings

- Prepare layout plans, 3D views, working drawings, and construction documents

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

- Supervise site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety norms

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

- Review and approve drawings, materials, and design changes

- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and drafts men

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software

- Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential and/or commercial projects

- Site handling experience

- Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
