Senior Architect

Role Overview:
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with high quality, functionality, and compliance. The role requires strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution
• Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Mentor junior architects and support team development
• Oversee site coordination and resolve design-related issues
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and design approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
• 7+ years of relevant architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage)
• Excellent design, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in residential/commercial projects (as applicable)
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹423,534.84 - ₹1,093,740.85 per year
