Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Architect to manage architectural projects from concept to completion. The role involves design leadership, team management, coordination with consultants and authorities, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and statutory norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects end-to-end
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants (Structural, MEP, Survey), and management
• Handle government approvals, TNCP submissions, and completion certificates
• Ensure compliance with legal norms, quality standards, timelines, and budgets

Requirements

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
• 10–15 years of experience in architectural projects
• Strong leadership and project management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Photoshop, MS Office
• Council of Architecture registration (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
