About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Architect to join our growing team, contributing to the design and delivery of Amali’s signature ultra-luxury residential projects across the UAE.

This role is perfect for a professional with a refined design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate vision into extraordinary built spaces that reflect sophistication, precision, and performance.

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings aligned with Amali’s creative and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with interior, structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure full coordination and design integration.
• Prepare presentations, design packages, and working drawings for approvals and construction.
• Ensure designs meet authority regulations, project specifications, and sustainability requirements.
• Participate in value engineering exercises, maintaining design integrity while optimizing costs and efficiency.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and architectural intent.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design or technical challenges during the construction phase.
• Stay informed of emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies relevant to high-end residential developments.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in architecture within luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments in the UAE.
• Strong design portfolio reflecting high-end architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
