Senior Architect (BIM Experience)

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the architectural design, coordination, and technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, client objectives, and best construction practices. This position requires deep knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale developments from design to construction stage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring functionality and regulatory compliance.

· Review and validate design deliverables from consultants and contractors for alignment with project requirements.

· Provide design direction and oversight to ensure architectural integrity across all project stages.

· Act as the primary architectural interface between clients, consultants, and internal project teams.

· Oversee and guide the use of BIM for design coordination, documentation, and delivery.

· Review and manage architectural BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

· Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure efficient project execution and technical compliance.

· Ensure that design documentation meets local authority standards and project specifications.

· Support the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and project status documentation for clients.

· Establish and uphold design quality standards, drawing control, and document management processes.

· Mentor and support junior architects and BIM specialists within the firm.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

· 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC region.

· Experience with delivery of large-scale, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.

· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.

· Excellent knowledge of design management, project documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

· Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards and digital design workflows.

· Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
