Senior Architect/ Coordinator

Job Title: Senior Architect/ Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect/ Coordinator to join our dynamic design and architectural team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in the UAE market, with proven expertise in leading complex architectural projects. This role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and technical proficiency to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Provide design leadership, review, and critique throughout all project stages.
• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level design staff, providing guidance on technical and creative aspects.
• Manage authority approvals, project documentation, and compliance with UAE building regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project delivery.
• Ensure quality control, adherence to project schedules, and resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, understanding of local bylaws, and authority submission processes.
• Proven track record of handling high-profile design and architectural projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and client management skills.

Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM applications.
• SketchUp, Rhino, and Grasshopper (preferred).
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
