Job Description

Multiplus Decoration Design and Fit-Out LLC is a leading interior fit-out company in the UAE, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are currently seeking a Senior Architect with strong experience in interior fit-out works to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and interior fit-out design projects from concept to completion
• Prepare and review design drawings, shop drawings, and detailed construction drawings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure designs comply with UAE authority regulations and project requirements
• Supervise site execution and provide technical support to project and site teams
• Review material selections, mock-ups, and samples
• Manage project timelines, design approvals, and deliverables
• Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Strong background in interior design and fit-out projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
• Good knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and site practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Hindi and Urdu language skills are a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Site supervision and project coordination experience
