Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and
design-driven Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and
execution of high-rise and complex building developments in Dubai. This
role demands a creative professional with strong technical and regulatory
knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven portfolio in vertical construction.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects
from concept through to authority approvals and construction delivery, ensuring
compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, sustainability codes,
and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architectural design process for high-rise
and large-scale developments
Develop concepts, design presentations, and oversee detailed
drawings through various stages
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and external consultants to
ensure fully integrated solutions
Prepare and submit drawings and documentation for Dubai
Municipality and other authority approvals
Ensure all designs comply with sustainability standards and
applicable UAE codes
Review, validate, and sign off architectural deliverables including
working drawings and BOQs
Guide junior architects and collaborate closely with the project
management team
Qualifications &
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized
institution
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably
within the UAE
Valid Dubai Municipality registration and membership with
the Society of Engineers UAE
Proven portfolio of high-rise building projects completed in
the UAE or GCC region
Strong knowledge of DM codes, local authority regulations,
and sustainable design principles
Excellent design presentation, communication, and coordination
skills
