Senior Architect - Real Estate Development

We are seeking an experienced design leader to oversee the architectural process from initial concept through project delivery, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative, high-quality design solutions that transform vision into built form.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design solutions that effectively address client requirements, project constraints, and the unique characteristics of each site.
• Lead the architectural design process across diverse project types, including commercial, residential, institutional, and cultural developments.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to clarify objectives, requirements, and design expectations.
• Develop concept sketches, renderings, and presentation materials to clearly communicate design intent.
• Apply knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods to ensure compliant and feasible designs.
• Mentor and support junior architects and design team members in their professional development.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical and engineering requirements into design solutions.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and details to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project needs.
• Conduct regular design reviews to assess progress, resolve challenges, and recommend refinements.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
• Cultivate a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 8- 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• leading design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience and design proficiency.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead design discussions and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
