We are looking for a Senior Art Director (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our visual identity, creative standards, and artistic direction. This is more than designing campaigns—you will define the creative vision of the studio, shape brand experiences, and inspire both clients and internal teams with ideas that stand out in competitive markets.

You will lead a talented team of designers, content creators, and visual specialists, bridging the gap between client objectives, strategic messaging, and unforgettable creative execution. You are the creative authority in a room full of designers, marketers, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction Ownership

Lead and evolve the studio’s creative vision across branding, advertising campaigns, digital experiences, and multimedia productions. Ensure visual consistency across every client touchpoint.

End-to-End Campaign Leadership

Oversee the creative process from concept development and mood boards to final production, launch, and campaign optimization.

Team Leadership

Mentor Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior designers. Conduct creative reviews and provide direction that raises the standard of the entire studio.

Brand Storytelling

Translate client objectives into visually compelling campaigns that connect with audiences and strengthen brand positioning.

Stakeholder Management

Present creative concepts, campaign strategies, and design rationale to clients and executive leadership. You can explain not just why it looks great—but why it will perform in the market.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience

8+ years in art direction, creative leadership, branding, or visual communications, with at least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role.

Portfolio

A strong portfolio is non-negotiable. We want to see brand campaigns, strategic design work, creative systems, and measurable client outcomes—not just visuals.

Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and modern digital design workflows.

Communication Skills

Fluent English is required for client presentations and creative documentation. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

Mindset

You are bold, strategic, and commercially aware. You know when to push creative boundaries—and when to deliver work that achieves real business objectives.
