This position will oversee all Microsoft partner-related compliance activities for RSM. This role ensures that RSM meets Microsoft’s partner compliance requirements as well as RSM’s internal policies and procedures in relation to technology spend and usage. The ideal candidate will have a background in compliance project management and ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and understand all relevant Microsoft partner program policies and ensure RSM’s continued compliance.

Take ownership in compliance process by developing and enforcing internal guidelines consistent with Microsoft’s partner code of conduct.

Stay up-to-date on Microsoft partner compliance requirements and manage any impacts to RSM’s internal policies/procedures.

Provide regular updates on RSM’s compliance status to leadership and report/escalate potential issues.

Manage annual Microsoft Partner compliance process, ensuring timely completion of assessments and audits.

Oversee internal use of demo tenants including user and licensing administration with cost analysis reporting.

Organize and project manage all internal technology resources with regular reporting and reconciliation.

Guide and direct compliance concerns with global firm expansion.

Lead initiative to maintain Microsoft Partner specializations by monitoring metric requirements, ensuring fulfillment and renewing in a timely manner.

Ability to collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and business teams across multiple geographies.

Other compliance and risk responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security or related field is required.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management or program management roles.

Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).

Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts, policies, and data.

Ability to analyze license consumption reports or audit findings and develop appropriate remediation steps.

Prior work with vendor compliance programs or technology internal audits is a plus.

Competency in leading cross-functional projects, defining action plans, and ensuring accountability.

Ability to organize and manage multiple compliance workstreams and deadlines.

High-level communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and Microsoft representatives.
