Senior Associate Attorney

Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our Irvine, California office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation matters, including the evaluation of diverse claims and insurance coverage disputes. This is a hybrid position based in Irvine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex insurance coverage litigation from case inception through resolution in both state and federal courts.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage provisions to assess liability and determine coverage.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on insurance coverage issues, policy interpretation, and case developments.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and legal briefs for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in the State of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation.
• Proven advocacy, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
