Role Overview
A Senior Litigation Associate attorney is sought to join the Irvine, California office. The role involves handling complex claims and high-stakes litigation within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex insurance coverage litigation and oversee multiple cases from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage provisions to determine applicability and liability.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on coverage issues, policy interpretation, and case progress.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and supporting briefs for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
