Contribute to the development and execution of sector-specific and country-specific investment promotion strategies.

Conduct outreach to international investors, business councils, and trade associations to present company’s value proposition.

Support or lead participation in roadshows, conferences, exhibitions, and delegations to attract potential investors.

Represent the company in local and international forums to promote cluster offerings and engage target markets (senior levels).

Manage or support the lead generation process by identifying, qualifying, and tracking investment prospects.

Coordinate follow-up with investors from initial contact to application, project evaluation, and deal negotiation.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely technical and legal review of investor projects.

Develop pitch decks, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to investor needs (with increasing ownership at senior levels).

Liaise with strategic international partners, representative offices, embassies, and Qatari government entities to support business development initiatives.

Assist in maintaining active collaboration frameworks (MOUs) and strategic agreements with global counterparts.

Channel feedback from investors to Strategy and Commercial teams to refine sector propositions and improve service offers.

Coordinate with Public Affairs & Corporate Communications on the preparation of marketing content, pitch decks, and sector-specific materials.

Ensure that all promotional materials are aligned with company’s messaging, branding, and sector priorities.

Track outreach and campaign effectiveness through CRM tools and prepare progress reports.

Conduct research and maintain updated knowledge of international and regional market trends, investor behavior, and sector developments.

Maintain and manage the investor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records on lead status, actions, and next steps.

Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, conversion progress, and business development KPIs.
Experience:
-
3–5 years with proven exposure to investment promotion or economic zones Experience in investment promotion agencies and multinational business development is preferred.

Fluency in English & Arabic strong public speaking, negotiation, and presentation skills required.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
