Total Safety Qatar is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Account Manager
with a strong background in the
Oil & Gas sector
, specifically within the
Qatar market
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing key accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and driving strategic sales initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and enhance client engagement in Qatar’s Oil & Gas sector.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.

Leverage deep industry knowledge to offer tailored safety service solutions that meet client-specific operational and compliance needs.

Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.

Any other tasks/duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum
5–7 years of proven sales experience
in the
Oil & Gas industry in Qatar
, with a strong portfolio of client relationships.

In-depth understanding of HSE standards, safety solutions, and operational requirements within Oil & Gas environments.

Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English is essential.
