The Team
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate to support the management of our contingent workforce across the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in delivering contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting collaboration between internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

How you will contributeContingent Workforce Team Support and Coordination-
In conjunction with other team members, oversee extension and offboarding processes for contingent workers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Support with monitoring extensions and offboarding in alignment with contract end dates and managing escalations where a contract expiry date has passed and requires urgent attention.

Oversee offboarding processes in conjunction with other internal teams, to ensure proper handover, equipment return, and data security
Contract and Documentation Support-
Coordinate contract documentation and ensure all necessary approvals and records are in place.

Liaise with internal teams to support contract processing and compliance.

Maintain accurate records of contract types and durations, escalating any discrepancies or concerns.

Demonstrable experience in contract management, preferably with consulting, technology or recruitment experience.
Compliance and Process Adherence-
Ensure contingent worker documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies.

Regularly audit contingent worker contracts and supporting documents, ensuring completion, accuracy and consistency with HRIS.
- Ensuring consistency in data and record keeping across documentation and HRIS.

Stay informed of basic regulatory requirements and escalate complex compliance matters to relevant teams.
Vendor, Contractor and Partner Support-
Act as a supporting point of contact between contingent workers, internal teams, and external vendors.

Maintain contact lists and records for staffing agencies and vendors.

Assist in tracking service delivery issues and escalating concerns to the CW team member.
Reporting and Data Management-
Maintain and update workforce tracking tools and databases.

Review accuracy of legacy and current contracts and HRIS records.

Assist in generating reports on contingent workforce metrics such as headcount, contract status, and offboarding timelines.

Strong knowledge of Workday and VMS preferable.
Working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Key Skills and Qualifications-
5+ years of experience in paralegal support, employee or vendor contract support, resource management, talent acquisition or HR operations.
- Basic understanding of contingent workforce service is a must. Experience across UK market is preferred. Knowledge of IR35 will be an added advantage (training can be provided).

Workday or workforce tracking systems knowledge preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe

Professional services industry experience, preferred.
