What You'll be Doing

  • Develop and execute full-funnel performance media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, including sales growth, CR optimization.
  • Own campaign analytics and data interpretation, leveraging insights to guide budget allocation, channel mix, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Optimize performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms (Google Search & PMax, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest), aligning efforts with each market s platform preference and audience behavior.
  • Localize global campaigns while maintaining brand integrity, authenticity and cultural sensitivity, especially during key regional moments such as Ramadan, National Days, and Eid. Ensuring creative resonance and higher conversion potential.
  • Lead campaign creative direction in close collaboration with the creative team, ensuring content is culturally relevant, Arabic-first, and tailored to each country s audience.
  • Translate global strategy into locally effective execution, bridging Global objectives with in-market realities to maximizing profitability.
  • Build and present comprehensive performance dashboards and reports, providing data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners, ensuring best practices in media buying, tracking, and reporting are consistently applied.
  • Oversee budget management, applying a data-driven approach to optimize COS and maximize sales.

Key KPIs

  • Optimize main KPIs: ROAS and CR.
  • Conversion Rate and Revenue Growth (by market and channel).
  • Campaign Engagement and CTR/CPA/CPM benchmarks.
  • Localized creative performance (Arabic vs. English content).
  • Market share growth in GCC, mainly in KSA and UAE.
