Senior Associate - Executive Education

Position Summary
Carrying out the development and management of Executive Education programs at KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on project management. This includes conducting market research, segmentation analysis, and benchmarking for strategic growth; tailoring outreach strategies to diverse customer segments and nurturing relationships with clients and partners to ensure sustained expansion; and managing the entire project lifecycle to continuously improve program delivery in line with client needs and KSPP’s strategic goals.

Major Accountabilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Executive Education Business Development strategic and operational plans, objectives, and goals, ensuring alignment with KSPP strategy.

  • Develop performance indicators, drive the achievement of targets, and continuously monitor progress.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and outputs of Executive Programs for relevant stakeholders.

Budget Management

  • Participate in the budgeting cycle of Executive Programs and provide input as required.

  • Ensure effective utilization of budgets and report accurately on progress and challenges.

Program Execution Planning and Delivery

  • Stay updated on academic sector trends, standards, and best practices.

  • Establish and maintain communication channels with internal functions to facilitate program requirements and delivery.

  • Develop outreach plans and engage with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the customer base.

  • Maintain communication with corporate clients, government agencies, and decision makers to strengthen KSPP’s reputation and network.

  • Implement assessment plans for client requests, including needs assessments, feasibility studies, and outcome specifications.

  • Manage program schedules and align them with academic calendars to optimize resources.

  • Assign subject matter experts or instructors to ensure effective content delivery.

  • Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, guidelines, and performance metrics.

  • Oversee program delivery and logistics, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, faculty, and participants to ensure satisfaction.

  • Promote coordination between executive education and related functions to improve efficiency.

Follow-Up and Improvement

  • Develop evaluation reports assessing delivery methods, outcomes, teaching effectiveness, and satisfaction levels.

  • Consolidate findings to identify improvement areas, including curriculum and instructional methods.

  • Develop corrective action plans in coordination with stakeholders and monitor implementation.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Policies & Processes

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, processes, and controls for Executive Programs.

  • Ensure continuous improvement in systems and practices in line with international standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all KSPP’s regulations and academic policies.

  • Monitor daily activities for compliance.

  • Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other functions.

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Reporting

  • Analyze information and prepare timely, accurate reports and dashboards to meet requirements and standards.


Qualifications and Experience

Recommended Qualifications and Years of Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 4–7 years of relevant experience; OR

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience in project management is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
