Role Purpose

The Senior Associate - Finance Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance operations in the Complex, ensuring effective management of cash, credit cards and asset-related transactions. This role ensures compliance with company policies, supports accurate and timely reporting, and supervises Finance team within the Complex. The position is critical in maintaining operational discipline, safeguarding company assets, and supporting both head office and complex-level finance requirements.


Role Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Oversee reporting activities to support cash management and finance operation functions.
  • Implement and monitor efficient financial processes to enhance performance and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly accruals to support central finance operation team.
  • Conduct monthly analysis to ensure proper accruals and expenses.
  • Collaborate with audit teams to assist in internal and external audits, promptly addressing any findings or recommendations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align financial operations with organizational goals.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at process improvements and automation within financial operations to boost efficiency.
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Role Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with at least 3 years in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of operations finance.
