Senior Executive - Finance

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts, facilitate timely submission of monthly MIS, tracking and accounting of all prepayments & provisions, budget inputs and cost variance explanations.
  2. Ensure 3-way match, due approvals and timely release of payments (goods, services, utilities, rental, statutory dues, payroll, staff related expenses, etc.) including proper provisioning in the books of accounts.
  3. Ensure accurate recording of AR by providing guidance to the team on timely invoicing, receivables follow up, etc
  4. Ensure that journal entries are posted as per relevant accounting standards & company policies.
  5. Ensure accurate calculation of dues, including timely settlement of the same along with periodic VAT & WHT returns. Active participation in statutory audits and various audits conducted by ZATCA including coordination with tax teams for timely query resolution.


Functional / Technical Competencies:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting / CA-Inter.
  2. 6 to 8 years of experience in similar profile.
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles & practices.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting Software (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  5. Analytical, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  6. KSA local candidate preferred.
  7. Indian Nationality preferred
