About the Role

We, as the Office of General Counsel (OGC), provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing legal risk. We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Senior Manager with strong expertise in employment law , regulatory compliance , and in-house legal advisory .

Key Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on Indian employment and labor laws, compliance requirements, and legal risks.
• Manage legal matters related to human capital and service delivery regulations.
• Support dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting our operations.
• Collaborate with global legal teams and manage external counsel as needed.
• Draft and review contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Drive process improvement and implement legal risk mitigation frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• LLB is a must ; JD or LLM is a plus.
• 8 to 12 years of post-qualification legal experience:
• Preferably from top-tier law firms and/or
• As in-house counsel in a multinational (Indian or global).
• Strong working knowledge of Indian labor and employment laws .
• Experience handling compliance , dispute resolution , and regulatory affairs .
• Ability to provide practical legal advice in a business-focused manner.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of independence , judgment , and attention to detail .
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and digital workflows.
