Overview:
A leading entertainment development company in Saudi Arabia is embarking on an ambitious program to build 22 state-of-the-art entertainment destinations, including two major theme parks. These venues will feature world-class attractions and experiences designed to elevate guest entertainment across the Kingdom. The organization’s procurement function is actively supporting multiple projects across the portfolio and is now seeking experienced consultants to provide short-term support and strengthen the team’s capacity across key initiatives.
A senior-level opportunity to lead strategic procurement for major infrastructure and development projects. This position focuses on managing high-value contracts, optimizing supplier performance, and advising leadership on procurement strategy.
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Procurement Manager, you’ll oversee complex procurement packages and lead commercial negotiations. You’ll also mentor junior associates, implement strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure governance and compliance standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategy and execution for complex project categories.
- Manage supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, and negotiation of high-value contracts.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management and compliance reporting.
- Guide and mentor junior procurement staff.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on project planning and risk mitigation.
- Review market trends and propose cost-optimization strategies.
- Maintain accurate data and supplier records through SAP Ariba.
- Ensure procurement practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of procurement experience in large-scale projects.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in SAP/Ariba and MS Office.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- CIPS or RICS certification.
- Public-sector or infrastructure procurement background.
