An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a Senior Associate within the Real Estate team in Dubai. This is a high-profile role offering exposure to major UAE and Saudi Arabian real estate transactions, acting for top-tier developers, investors and global clients on complex, high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of UAE real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, developments, investments and joint ventures
• Draft, review and negotiate real estate documents including sale and purchase contracts, leases, development agreements and strata documentation
• Lead real estate due diligence and manage junior team members
• Work closely with colleagues across Construction, Finance and Corporate teams to deliver seamless project support
• Manage transactions from inception through to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Support clients on cross-border real estate matters and contribute to business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years PQE with strong experience in UAE real estate law and practice
• Proven track record in transactional real estate, including corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial awareness
• Experience advising clients on KSA real estate matters is advantageous
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and commitment to client service excellence
