Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to optimize performance for the Global Hotel and Car Rental business.
Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign optimization and task execution via scalable tools and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify datasets to assist with campaign automations
Analyze data insights and lead test-and-learn initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to enhance online presence and booking conversions.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and implement best practices for continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related disciplines.
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL.
Experience in data analysis and familiarity with tools like BigQuery (a plus).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Demonstrated learning agility and a proactive approach to gaining new skills in marketing and SEM.
