Key Responsibilities:

Setup and configuration of on-prem and cloud IT infrastructure (prod/non-prod)

Restores, refreshes, patching, and license management
-
Linux and Windows Systems Administration:
-
Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure
-
Perform patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
-
Troubleshoot system-level issues and ensure security compliance
-
Platform Operations Support:
-
Respond to alerts and incidents across virtualization, storage, backup, and server infrastructure
-
Execute runbooks and escalate issues as needed
-
Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth handoffs and documentation

Secondary Responsibilities (based on SA Team remit):

VMware management (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, SRM, VDI)

Storage systems (NetApp, Unity, PowerStore, AWS FSx)
-
Backup platforms (NetBackup, IDPA, Dell Apex)

Cyber Vault and Cleanroom infrastructure

Citrix and Windows patching
-
Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Data Insights, CloudIQ)

FTP and scripting support

Application support (EZE, VPM, IRS, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in systems administration with a focus on Linux
-
5+ years working in hybrid cloud environments - preferably Azure.

Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills

Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware), storage systems (Dell PowerStore), and backup (Avamar) technologies

Experience working in a 24x7 operational environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently during off-hours and coordinate with global teams
