Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Associate to join our team, who meets the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Handling litigation and execution matters on behalf of clients.
• Providing legal advice, inform clients about legal procedures, and manage litigation processes.
• Attending court hearings, draft legal documents, and review contracts.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver comprehensive legal support.
• Communicating complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.

The Associate will work in both corporate and litigation departments, providing legal assistance to our local and international clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-5 years of legal experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (LL.M. is a plus).
• Experience in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Labour Law
• Demonstrated skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and revision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
