Senior Audit Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Audit Officer with a strong focus on audit preparation and financial integrity. This role is crucial to our financial operations, ensuring our records are accurate and our financial processes are ready for internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. A strong working knowledge and direct experience with the Odoo ERP system is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial records and documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Audit and Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized and accessible financial records, both physical and digital, within the Odoo.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in an audit or finance role, with specific experience in audit preparation.
• Demonstrated experience with the Odoo ERP system for accounting, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
• Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
