Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior, professional, and experienced Auditor to oversee and audit cashier and head cashier operations across all retail branches. The role involves regular outlet visits to ensure cash handling accuracy, compliance with company policies, and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on knowledge of retail cashier operations and be capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and surprise audits of Branch Cashiers and Head Cashiers.
  • Verify daily cash balances, cash reports, petty cash and reconciliation records.
  • Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks, or irregularities and report findings to management.
  • Visit outlets as per business requirements and audit schedules.
  • Review POS transactions, cash movements, refunds, and discounts.
  • Provide guidance and corrective recommendations to branch staff.
  • Prepare clear audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for audit observations and improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Age: 40 to 50 years.
  • Proven experience in retail firm cashier operations and auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of cashier, head cashier, and POS systems.
  • Senior, mature, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Must have own bike for branch visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in multi-branch retail environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong observation and control skills.
  • Trustworthy, disciplined, and well-presented professional.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
