Senior Auditor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Auditor with a strong public accounting background to lead engagements, support client relationships, and mentor staff auditors. What You’ll Do

Are you an audit professional ready to take the next step? As a Senior Auditor at Miller CPAs and Advisors, you’ll play a critical role in planning and executing audit engagements while serving as a key link between managers and staff. You’ll take ownership of your engagements, deliver high‑quality work, and help clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial reporting—all while helping develop the next generation of auditors.

  • Plan and execute audit engagements under the supervision of managers and partners
  • Lead fieldwork and oversee day‑to‑day engagement activities
  • Review staff work papers and provide constructive feedback
  • Assist in drafting financial statements and audit reports
  • Communicate with clients to request information, address questions, and resolve issues
  • Train and mentor staff auditors to build technical skills and confidence
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, firm policies, and professional standards
  • Manage engagement timelines and contribute to efficient use of budgets

What You Bring

  • CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of audit experience in public accounting
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and GAAS
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead segments of engagements and supervise staff
  • Clear communication skills and a client‑service mindset
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Pay: $72,002.50 - $84,712.69 per year
