Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Automotive Technician to lead the build, integration, and maintenance of advanced vehicle systems. This role focuses on hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and supporting deployment of autonomous vehicle platforms.

This position is suited for experienced technicians who are comfortable working across mechanical and electrical systems and supporting field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation and integration of sensors, compute modules, wiring harnesses, and electronic components
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance, retrofits, and system upgrades
• Support field deployments and testing with on-site troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation, tools, and inventory
• Work with engineering and operations teams to support testing and system improvements
• Mentor and support junior technicians

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, robotics, or related technical fields
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and diagnostic tools
• Experience troubleshooting system-level issues
• Ability to work with sensors, connectors, and vehicle systems
• Experience mentoring or leading technicians
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hands-on environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electric vehicles or autonomous systems
• Experience with sensor installation, wiring, or system integration
• Familiarity with automotive testing or calibration processes
