Senior Barista

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example during busy shifts. Key Responsibilities - Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages consistently - Maintain coffee bar standards, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency - Train and support junior baristas on recipes, techniques, and service - Manage daily bar operations, including calibration and quality control - Deliver warm, professional customer service at all times - Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the team - Ensure all drinks meet brand standards for taste and presentation Requirements - Minimum 3 years of barista experience (specialty coffee preferred) - Strong understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods - Ability to lead a shift and support team members - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail - Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
