Senior Barista

About This Role

We’re looking for a calm, capable and hands-on Senior Barista to help lead our independent coffee and artisanal pastries shop in Dubai.

You’ll be the lead barista, the standard-setter, and the person ensuring service runs smoothly every day. Your role will be full-time, standard working hours, starting ASAP.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing start-up. Joining the team from the start, you will have the ability to shape the strategy and future expansion of Olá Nata, across this site and future sites.

The Role - you will:

- Lead day-to-day kiosk service

- Work as the lead barista on shift

- Open and close the kiosk independently

- Support stock ordering and basic inventory control

- Train and support assistant baristas

- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene and food safety

This role suits someone who is ambitious, friendly, enjoys autonomy and takes pride in running a tight, well-organised service.

About You

You will have:

- 2-3+ years barista experience (specialty preferred)

- Experience opening/closing a café or kiosk independently (preferred)

- A calm, steady presence during busy periods

- Reliability and punctuality

- A genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience
