Memoria Café is looking for an experienced Senior Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee preparation skills, be able to maintain drink consistency during busy service, and support the bar team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency
• Adjust grinder settings and maintain proper coffee extraction
• Prepare manual brews such as V60 or similar methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
• Support and guide junior baristas during busy hours
• Ensure coffee quality and presentation standards are maintained
• Monitor coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle orders efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a barista
• Experience working in specialty coffee cafés
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress)
• Experience training or mentoring baristas
• Passion for specialty coffee and café culture
