Job Summary

The Senior Bartender oversees bar operations, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation, excellent customer service, and smooth team coordination. This role involves crafting drinks, training staff, maintaining inventory, and upholding the restaurant’s standards for professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Supervise and support bartenders and barbacks during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Manage stock levels, inventory, and beverage requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor bar staff on mixology, service techniques, and product knowledge.
• Contribute to the creation of new cocktails and beverage menus.
• Monitor and control beverage costs and minimize wastage.
• Collaborate with management to plan promotions and special events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years ofbartendingexperience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (as required by local laws).
• Flexible schedule — must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Mixology certification or experience in fine dining or high-end venues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
