Job Summary:


Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to support the development of formal tender responses and proactive bids. In this role, you will be responsible for independently coordinating all aspects of the bid process, from content drafting and editing to managing submissions, ensuring high-quality, customer-centric proposals. You will work closely with Bid Managers and subject matter experts to ensure proposals reflect Iron Mountain’s value proposition.


What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:


  • Coordinate and develop professional, compliant bid responses utilizing content management systems and other digital resources.
  • Collaborate with Bid Managers and cross-functional teams (including sales, legal, pricing, and technical) to consolidate contributions and support the development of a winning strategy for complex, multi-solution bids.
  • Manage mid-market bid projects from initiation through submission, ensuring timely alignment of resources to meet all customer deadlines and compliance requirements.


What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating public or commercial sector bids.
  • Business proficiency in English and another European language
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • A university degree with strong demonstrated writing and editing skills.
